This week (18 – 22 August) will a hundred active young leaders from all over Europe gather in Gothenburg in Southern Sweden to learn leadership skills in JCI European Academy. This is already the 21st annual training for incoming local leaders of JCI, Junior Chamber International, in Europe. The delegates will learn a lot new about themselves, different personality types, United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals, they will be motivated to take responsibility in their local community, lead an international group of people, and network with future colleagues under pressure during long and active days in the Academy. There will be 17 experienced JCI trainers from around Europe and an organization team of 8 Nordic JCI members to take care of all 94 delegates. Present will also be JCI Executive Vice President assigned for Europe Jonathan J. Borg from Malta, the responsible leader for Europe in the global board of Junior Chamber International.
